By accessing or using Gloria ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gloria is a web-based infinite canvas design tool that allows you to create and edit visual designs, generate and edit images using AI models, build visual AI workflows, and export your work. The Service requires a Google account for authentication.

3. Account and Authentication

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share your session or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all designs, images, and other content you create using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You must not upload, create, or generate content that:

  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service provides AI image generation and editing features powered by third-party AI models via fal.ai. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free from bias
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use
  • Images and prompts you submit for AI processing are sent to third-party services (fal.ai) for processing
  • We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or results of AI generation features
  • You must comply with the usage policies of the underlying AI model providers

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use AI features to generate content that violates any law or third-party rights

7. Availability and Modifications

We provide the Service on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Project data is automatically saved to our servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we do not guarantee that your data will never be lost. You are encouraged to regularly export important work using the built-in export features.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services including Supabase (authentication and data storage), fal.ai (AI image processing), and Google (OAuth authentication). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, interface, code, and branding, is owned by Gloria and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLORIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
